Buildings don’t move, but light does. I photograph architecture in the narrow window where a structure’s own lighting and the evening sky come into balance — and spaces at the exact angle they were designed to be seen from.

The photographer
A professional photographer since 2003, based in Pretoria, Gauteng. My current work focuses on architectural photography — chasing the few minutes of twilight when a building’s lights and the last of the sky hold each other in balance.
Alongside architecture I photograph commercial spaces, lodges and venues, and residential property across Gauteng and beyond — always with the same obsession: light, lines and timing.
